Who is
Uncle Dave?
In 2005 a secret hidden sausage recipe was given in the will of our long lost Great Uncle Dave (who was a Cumbrian butcher), addressed to The Gardner Family of Poulton-Le-Fylde. After many years of perfecting, in 2007, Uncle D’s sausage was born. From there, it hit The Shop counters and became locally grown and globally known for its premium quality and flavour.
